02 · What is removed
Data deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently deleted:
- ✓ Profile information — name, email, password hash, phone number, profile image
- ✓ Notification preferences, push tokens, tutorial progress, and legal document acceptances
- ✓ Messages you sent or received
- ✓ Notifications
- ✓ Forum posts, comments, and upvotes
- ✓ Properties you own and all associated units, leases, and payment records
- ✓ Property management assignments you created
- ✓ Tenant identity records
- ✓ Invitations you sent
- ✓ Admin permissions linked to your email
Permanent and irreversible. When you delete your account, every record listed above is permanently deleted. Deletion is final — the data is not archived, not hidden, and not recoverable. Once deletion is confirmed, your data cannot be restored by you, by EstateNet, or by anyone else, and it will never reappear on the platform.
Account deletion removes data at the account level: your account and everything personally tied to it is erased. Any content or records owned by your account — such as properties you created — is deleted along with it, because it belongs to your account. Content owned by other accounts is unaffected.
03 · What EstateNet can access
Your data stays private by design
EstateNet does not read, browse, or have operational access to your organization's data. Our access is limited to what is needed to run authentication and keep the service secure:
- Authentication data only: the account identity fields needed to sign you in and manage your account — name, email address, phone number, account role, and your password hash.
- Password is always hashed: we never store or see your plain-text password. It is converted into a one-way hash before it reaches our systems, so even EstateNet cannot read it.
- No access to organizational content: we do not access the operational records your organization creates — properties, units, leases, rent records, payment claims, or messages. That data belongs to your account and organization, not to us.
This is why deleting your account is the true removal of your data: the moment your authentication record is erased, there is no EstateNet-side copy of your organization's content that we hold or could restore.
04 · What is kept
Data retained
The following data is retained after account deletion for legitimate business and legal compliance purposes:
- Financial records: invoices, payment claims, payment claim verifications, and service payments are retained for tax, auditing, and dispute resolution purposes.
- Audit logs: records of your past actions on the platform are retained for security and compliance monitoring.
- Invitation records: your email address may persist in owner-to-manager invitation records where you were listed as an invited manager.
Retained data is no longer linked to an active account and is not used for any purpose other than those described above.
